Sarah found herself entering the nanny industry in 2013 when she accepted her first position as a part-time nanny for triplets in her home state of Michigan while attending college full-time. Over the course of the next few years, she furthered her education as she completed college courses on child psychology and spent many hours in classroom settings as a student teacher. During this time, she had difficulty fully immersing herself into life as a teacher, and ultimately made the decision to dive head first into a career as a full-time nanny in 2015. Sarah has been fulfilling her passion of helping raise the next generation one household at a time ever since.
In 2018, she followed her inner adventurer and completely uprooted her life to move to Indianapolis, a city she had spent approximately two hours visiting before making the move. While she moved here without any connections, friends, or family, she quickly was able to find a wonderful support system in the nanny community and beyond. Sarah currently lives in Indianapolis with her girlfriend and their three cats (Ace, Lux, and Orion) and works as a nanny in Meridian-Kessler.

Mercedes was born and raised in New Hampshire. She spent the majority of her childhood and teenage years on the east coast. After a trip to Indiana in 2014, she decided that this is where she wanted to further her education and has been here ever since. In high school, she was a part of the Early Childhood program and that is where she really fell in love with working with children. She has several years of childcare experience; including working in childcare centers, after school programs and, most recently, as a nanny. She has been a nanny for the same family for 6 years. Being a nanny has brought so much joy and excitement into her life. Mercedes has an Associate’s degree in legal studies and is also a certified Personal Trainer. She currently lives in Greenwood with her fiancé and daughter.
Amanda has been nannying full-time since 2011 and has had an affinity for teaching children always. As a kid she loved playing school, tutored peers in elementary school, and claimed her job would be 'teacher' while still in kindergarten.
She began college as an elementary education major, but quickly realized that it wasn’t the right fit

She began college as an elementary education major, but quickly realized that it wasn’t the right fit. Within nannying, she found closer connections, creativity, and the flexibility to fully devote her energy to her families. She is incredibly grateful to have been privileged to find such loving and thoughtful families and nanny babes over the past decade.
Amanda has a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing and is an avid reader, writer, and creative. She loves forming connections with people in honest, authentic ways in and outside of work. She loves travel, plants, and embracing curiosity in all areas of life. She lives in Irvington with her partner, her pup Luke, and kitties Tortellini and Cheeseburger.
